OUR JOURNEY THROUGH SUCCESS

The story we began started over four decades ago.

1984
"Carebeau" was born from Mr. Songphon as a small business.
Mr. Songphon Rangsimawong, the founder of the company, registered the name Caret Beauty Care Co., Ltd. The business was housed in a commercial building and produced shampoo and conditioner products under the brand name Carebeau. These products were exclusively sold to beauty salons in provincial areas.
1992
Established the first factory under the name "Siam Beauty"
A small factory was built, and the company was registered under the name Siam Beauty Co., Ltd. at Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 14, with a registered capital of 1 million baht and approximately 20 employees.
2002
The business was passed on to the second generation.
The second generation of management began to take over operations. They restructured the company to create a clearer workflow and expanded the product lines to include hair dye, perming solutions, hair straightening creams, and a range of skincare and body cleaning products. Additionally, they expanded the sales team to open more markets and target wholesale shops.
2009
Expanded with a second factory under the name "SB Interlab Co., Ltd."
In 2009, a second factory was constructed, and the company was registered under the name SB Interlab Co., Ltd. at Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 10, with a registered capital of 90 million baht and 100 employees.
2011
Expanded the domestic market nationwide.
Professional managers began restructuring the sales team, focusing on expanding the market to beauty shops nationwide. They also established a sales promotion team to organize events at shops across the country.
2013
Expanded border and international markets.
We expanded our customer base to border regions and began exporting products to foreign markets.
2015
Implemented a Warehouse Management System
We expanded our facilities by constructing a new prefabricated warehouse to support market growth. This warehouse can accommodate over 2,000 pallets and includes an inventory management system to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, we implemented a comprehensive "Warehouse Management System" to enhance the efficiency of storage and delivery, ensuring customers receive their products accurately and promptly.
2016
Achieved ASEAN Cosmetic GMP standard and secured Exclusive Distributors in 10 countries.
In 2016, we were awarded the ASEAN Cosmetic GMP standard by the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health. Additionally, we secured exclusive distributor partnerships in 10 countries.
2017
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 standard and SME Award 2017, implemented Human Resource Management system.
We achieved the ISO 9001:2015 standard and received the SME Award 2017 from the Office of the Prime Minister. Additionally, we implemented a Human Resource Management system, including job descriptions, job evaluations, and KPIs, to systematically manage benefits, salary adjustments, and bonuses.
2018
Achieved Halal certification and implemented Lean Management.
In 2018, we received the Halal certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT). We adopted "Lean Management" principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize losses in the production process, meeting market demands while managing production costs effectively. Additionally, we achieved Level 2 Green Industry certification from the Ministry of Industry.

Carebeau launched its first on-air advertising campaign with a budget of over 40 million baht to boost brand awareness and expand sales channels into modern trade markets significantly.
2020
Achieved Green Industry Level 3 certification.
In 2020, we were awarded the Green Industry Level 3 certification by the Ministry of Industry. Additionally, we signed an MOU with Moong Pattana International Public Company Limited (MOONG) to become a distributor for modern trade markets and small retailers nationwide.

Despite the global challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our company adapted swiftly to maintain sales and ensure the health and well-being of our employees. This adaptability is in line with our ongoing commitment to sustainable practices and efficient management, reflecting our continuous efforts to enhance our operations and expand our market presence.
2021
Launched E-Commerce platform Carebeau Express.
We expanded our sales channels by launching the E-Commerce platform Carebeau Express, which features both affiliate and dropship systems, allowing the creation of sales networks within a single app. Additionally, we received recognition from the Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare for our implementation of Good Labour Practices (GLP).
2022
Expanded product lines to include Oral Care and Facial Care
We introduced new product lines in the categories of Oral Care and Facial Care, making these products available to consumers.
2023
40th Anniversary of the Company
In 2023, we celebrated the 40th anniversary of the company. We established the brand slogan: "Life Long Beauty With Carebeau - Making every moment beautiful forever... Carebeau." SB is committed to sustainable growth, adhering to business ethics as a duty for all executives and employees. This includes responsibilities to customers, employees, partners, competitors, and conducting business with integrity.
